INTENDED USE A heavy-duty professional quality floor jack designed for a variety of automotive shop uses including the day to day rigors of the tire changing industry.

• A cast ductile iron hydraulic block design with integrated reservoir and angular pump (Figure 1) which provides functional simplicity and an extremely efficient pump stroke no matter how far under the vehicle the jack is positioned. • Fast acting pump with dual pressure seals provides maximum lift arm extension in eleven incremental pump strokes. The model 71202 not only lifts fast to the load but also lifts the load fast.

• The strongest 2 ton capacity jack chassis in the industry includes 3/8" thick side plates (Figure 2). Strategically designed and positioned lightening holes (Figure 3) in the side plates maintain frame strength and keep the total jack weight down to the average weight of a professional size 2 ton capacity floor jack. • A cylinder support bracket (Figure 4) provides additional support for the front of the hydraulic block assembly and helps prevent premature loosening of the hydraulic block mounting bolts. • All bearing surfaces are factory lubed to guarantee ease of operation.

INTENDED USE A heavy duty floor jack designed for a variety of automotive shop uses where additional strength and dependability are required.

FEATURES Steel hydraulic block assembly includes dust seals to prevent oil contamination. Long, removable two piece handle with rubber hand grip provides: Ease of pumping - Longer reach for positioning under overhang - Ease for transportation and storage - Ease of pumping in tight quarters when second handle section is removed. 3-3/4" low lift height. Safety by-pass system protects pressure cylinder. Safety overload system prevents jack from being used beyond its rated capacity. Heavy duty chassis for added strength and dependability.

INTENDED USE Lift and position a vehicle on tall jack stands, frame straightening racks or alignment systems. All purpose use in PBE applications.

GENERAL FEATURES 4-3/4" square polyurethane covered saddle for better grip and vehicle frame protection. Additional foot pedal pumping feature provides fast saddle raising to the load. Controlled load lowering by pulling "T" handle and rotating clockwise 1/4 turn. 1-1/2 TON CAPACITY
CROSS BEAM ADAPTER
Fits the model 71155 floor jack only.

FEATURES Provides additional lifting stability by distributing the load to two adjustable saddles from 23" to 32" on center.  Lifts FWD vehicles without the axle beam. Threaded saddle stems allow 2" of elevated adjustment on each saddle. Polyurethane covered 4-3/4" square saddles for better grip. Lifts vehicles at rocker panels for simultaneous tire change.

INTENDED USE For vehicle restoration, exotic cars and use on dealer showroom floors. FEATURES Same as model 71155 but with 4" overall chassis height and extended chassis length for additional reach under low profile exotic autos. Non-marring front wheels and rear caster wheels protect dealer showroom floors.

5 TON CAPACITY

INTENDED USE Truck fleet, truck and farm equipment dealers and bus company garages.

FEATURES Chromed ram and dust seals prevent hydraulic contamination. Safety by-pass and overload systems protect hydraulic block. Additional foot pedal pumping provides fast saddle raising to the load. Spring loaded "T" handle can be activated to lower load in any handle position by pulling and rotating it clockwise 1/4 turn. High carbon steel chassis provides maximum strength in a lightweight jack design. Note: Model not shown has same basic construction as model pictured.
