HOSES AND COUPLERS

INTENDED USE
These heavy duty hoses and couplers are used to join pumps and rams together.

FEATURES
Heavy duty rubber hoses rated at 10,000 p.s.i. meet IJ-100 specifications. Hoses are rubber coated with 2 layers of braided steel and offer flexibility with little memory. Fittings are crimped-on strain relief type for improved life and durability. Quick connect 3/8" high flow couplers allow fast set-up of hydraulic systems. All couplers include two-in-one dust cap for use on male and female coupler halves.

BASES, SADDLES AND ATTACHMENTS

910043A and 925142A Heavy duty bases provide firmer and more stable footing for rams.
910044A and 924143A Threaded male connectors adapt bases to the rams.
910046A and 925141A Grooved saddles protect the ram ends and provide a better gripping surface.
910048 and 925148 Threaded adapters screw in to the tops of the rams and provide a threaded connection for other attachments.
910039 and 925045 Base attachments are bolted to the bottom of the rams and are internally threaded to receive other attachments.

VALVE AND HYDRAULIC FLUID

MODEL 910100 Model 910100 flow control valve is a manually adjusted fine metering valve rated at 10,000 P.S.I. that fits between the pump and ram. The valve controls the flow of oil returning to the reservoir when pressure is released. Valve includes 3/8" NPTF male and female connections. Weight: 2-1/2 lbs.
MODEL 910190 Model 910190 includes five gallons of hydraulic fluid packed in two 2-1/2 gallon cans. The fluid has a high viscosity index, prevents pump cavitation and contains additives which prevent rust, oxidation and sludge. Weight: 40 lbs.
